Lucy's Chocolate Chip Cookies were developed by the mother (and M.D.) of a child with severe allergies in an effort to make life a little easier and a whole lot tastier for those with certain food allergies. They are gluten-free and have no peanuts, tree nuts, milk or eggs! Lucy's cookies are all made in their own carefully controlled bakery with specially selected ingredients.
