Once brewed, it contains high caffeine levels, great for kickstarting the day or providing an extra boost in the afternoon.

This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, steep 1 bag of Chinese Breakfast tea in a cup of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Once ready, it's strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. To make iced tea, steep 2 tea bags in boiling water, cool, and pour over ice.

As an alternative to brewing hot, try cold-brewing this tea. Cold-brewing is the easiest way to make never-bitter iced tea with bright flavors. It works for any type of tea, too! Simply steep 4 tea bags in 3 cups of cold water for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator and squeeze the tea bag before removing. Try adding in flavorful fruits or herbs for an unexpected infusion, or create a unique flavor by mixing different teas.
