1 cup Pamela's Nut Flour Blend
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chip or dried fruit
Yield: 12 cookies
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350°. In a bowl, soften butter and then mix well with sugar. Add egg and beat together. Add Nut Flour Blend, salt and baking soda. Mix all ingredients together completely. Scoop onto parchment covered or greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes and let cool.
