Pamela's trusted product line now includes gluten-free dried pasta. With the taste and texture of the past you grew up with, Pamela's pastas give you the added nutritional benefits of 8g of plant-based protein per 2 oz serving and of sprouted brown rice flour. Cooking Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a rapid boil.

Add pasta and cook in boiling water, uncovered and stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until pasta has reached desired texture.

Drain. No need to rinse if coating with sauce immediately. If not coating with sauce immediately or using cold for pasta salad, rinse pasta in cold water. Can be drizzled and tossed with oil to keep from sticking together.

Mix pasta with preferred sauce or topping and enjoy. Pasta maintains its texture when reheated.
